BRINGING THE BEST ENTERTAINMENT TO LINE DANCING

Wearing boots and line dancing has been part of life for me since the early '90s, when a toddler-sized two-step to “Sold” by John Michael Montgomery sparked a lifelong passion. Now, with over a decade of experience in the line dance scene, I've become a professional line dance instructor, event DJ, and nationally recognized choreographer—with routines that have been danced around the world, including an award-winning line dance for Shania Twain.

Dan's talent and charisma has taken him to some of the biggest stages in the country, teaching at major festivals like Stagecoach (CA), Hoofbeat (WI), and Sand in My Boots (AL). This success has led to a partnership with Monster Energy, where Dan is a resident country-festival DJ and Line Dance Instructor.

But it’s not just about the big stages. Dan Moon brings the same passion and energy to intimate, unforgettable events—from country-themed corporate parties and weddings to bachelorette bashes, birthday celebrations, high school proms, and even elementary school father-daughter dances. No matter the crowd or occasion, Dan Moon knows how to get the boots scootin' and the party in full yee haw mode.

FAMILY FOCUSED & ORIENTED

Line dancing has been a rhythm in my life for over a decade—but my family is the melody that gives it meaning. For over a decade, it’s brought me joy, connection, and unforgettable memories. But nothing compares to the love and inspiration I get from my family—they are my heart, my motivation, and my greatest joy.

What started as a simple night out at a local country bar called Incahoots turned into the beginning of a love story. That’s where I met my wife—on the dance floor, two strangers drawn together by the music, two-stepping in perfect rhythm before we even exchanged names. Now, years later, line dancing is more than a passion—it’s a legacy we’re building together.

Our 5-year-old daughter already dances with the same spark in her eyes that I saw in her mother’s that first night. She lights up every public event I do, dancing right alongside me. And our youngest? She's now keeping up with us and line dancing with her own ferocious foot stompin' energy.

Yes, I’m outnumbered in a house full of girls—and I wouldn’t have it any other way. Being a proud girl dad shapes everything I do, especially when it comes to creating events that are welcoming, family-friendly, and age-appropriate.

Because for me, line dancing isn’t just about the steps. It’s about the people you hold close while you dance through life.
